Doc Bresler’s Cavity Busters Makes $5,000 Donation to Sunshine Foundation
Because COVID19 canceled 2020 events, we were unable to hold DOC’S ROCK THE BLOCK CAR SHOW, an annual fundraiser held in memory of our beloved founder and original “Doc Bresler”, Dr. David A. Bresler.
The Sunshine Foundation, a national wish-granting organization that answers dreams of children who have a chronic, life-long illness or medical condition, was dear to the heart of Doc Bresler and his family, and it has been a recipient of their decades-long, philanthropic efforts.
GIVING BACK and helping children, continues to be important to Doc Bresler’s Cavity Busters. Although the Car Show was canceled, thanks to our offices’ and Car Show sponsors’ generosity, we were able to honor Doc’s memory and make a contribution of $5,000 to The Sunshine Foundation (www.sunshinefoundation.org).
THANK YOU to our special sponsors who made this philanthropic gift possible:
~Physician and Tactical Health Services
~Morton Towing and Recovering
~Police and Fire Union
~Orthodox Auto Company
~Keystone PF Red Lion

National Health Education Week is October 19-23, 2020
During National Health Education Week, we honor and remember the late David A. Bresler, DDS, founder of Doc Bresler’s Cavity Busters; health educator and mentor to thousands over his pediatric dentist career.
October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month
October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month. If you don’t know the facts, Down syndrome is the most common chromosomal condition and not a disease, with 6,000 babies born with Down syndrome every year— a 1 in 700 chance.
Children born with Down syndrome can grow up to live happy and long lives, as adults. With Down Syndrome Awareness Month, we can all learn more to better understand children and adults with Down syndrome, and the medical advancements that increasingly improve their quality of life. For more information visit https://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/birthdefects/downsyndrome.html
