Teledentistry refers to “virtual visits” that can take place in real time between patients and clinicians via communication technology, like a cell phone or personal computer. As we continue to navigate new ways to treat patients during this pandemic, teledentistry allows us to consult and address the dental concerns of our patients, while continuing to follow social distancing requirements.
To schedule an online appointment, please call your treating location. The phone numbers of our locations are listed in the “Locations” tab above.
During your call with our office, we will give you an appointment time and then email you a link for your appointment. When it is time for your appointment, simply click the link in your email from either your device (you will need to use a device that has a microphone and camera) and “check-in” for your virtual appointment. We ask that you “check-in” five minutes before your actual appointment time.
Instructions to check-in for your video visit:
- Click on your emailed link five minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- Type in your name and click check-in.
- Allow your browser to use webcam and microphone.
It’s that simple. This service is 100% secure, all data is encrypted, with no patient information stored anywhere, and no downloads or account setup required.
